A Model of Strength and Humility in Leadership

It is very rare for a person to possess both humility and strength, as it is often observed that those who are very humble lack strength, and those who possess strength often lack humility.

Shri Hanuman possesses both these qualities in abundance. He is both very humble and very powerful.

When he meets Sita, he is very subtle, but when he burns Ravana's Lanka, he becomes extremely fierce and wrathful.

Taking a subtle form, he showed off to Sita.

Taking a fierce form, he burnt Lanka.

Only those who are able to harmonize their qualities achieve success in life. It is not right to become autocratic and arrogant after acquiring great power, wealth, position, strength, and authority, or to use humility as a shield to hide cowardice.

We all see people around us who go around proving their superiority over every little thing.

Fighting, quarreling, or needlessly harassing others by showing off their status over trivial matters, such people cannot hold on to the power they have acquired for long, and one day they lose everything.

Conversely, people who remain humble, flatter, and unnecessarily praise others also taint their humility, and success then distances themselves from such people.

The character of Shri Hanuman teaches us that when we acquire great power, we should not let it dominate our mind. This power does not destroy our humility and simplicity.

We must maintain balance in life like Hanuman.  Where there's a need to be big, be big.

Otherwise, always remain humble and subtle.

Because that's the way to put us in the league of successful people.
