Overcoming Challenges

A large herd of wild buffaloes was grazing in a dense forest. Sunlight filtered through the trees, falling on the ground, and a faint earthy scent lingered in the air.

A small calf was walking with its father in the same herd. Suddenly, it asked curiously, "Father, is there anything in this forest we should be afraid of?"

The buffalo smiled and said, "Yes, son, just be careful of the lion. He is the true king of the jungle."

The calf said in surprise, "Lion? I've heard they're very dangerous! If I ever see a lion, I'll run away!"

The buffalo said seriously, "No, son, running away would be the biggest mistake."

The calf was startled, "What! How can running be a mistake? If he can kill me, why shouldn't I save my life?"

The buffalo said in a low voice, "If you run, the lion will chase you. As you run, it will pounce on your back, and you'll fall. Once you fall, you won't be able to get up."

The calf's eyes widened.

"Then what should I do?"

The buffalo said, "Whenever you encounter a lion, stand firm. Don't show fear. Raise your horns, stamp your hooves on the ground, and if necessary, charge toward it with all your might. Remember—victory lies beyond fear."

The calf panicked a little.

"But what if the lion turns and attacks me?"

The buffalo smiled.

"Son, just look around."

The calf turned its head and saw—powerful buffaloes standing all around, steam billowing from their breath, their gazes filled with courage.

The buffalo said, "Look, son, if you run, we won't be able to do anything. But if you stand firm, we'll all stand by you. Because *family and friends are the ones who stand behind you in difficult times!*"

The calf's eyes lit up. He took a deep breath and bowed his head and said, "Thank you, Father. Now I'll never be afraid of a lion."

And this is the truth of life—

We all have "lions" in our lives—troubles, fears, failures, and setbacks.

If we run from them, they chase us.

But if we face them courageously—our family and friends stand behind us, becoming our greatest strength.

So...

Don't run—stand firm!

Look at the fear and say, "I'm ready!"

Because when you show courage—your own people stand by you.

Lessons : - Family and friends aren't just relationships; they're our shields. When you fight hard—they stand behind you with all your strength.
