Ants are also included in these creatures. Ants can be called social creatures. They are found everywhere. The most special thing is that they live in colonies. There are queen ants, male ants and female ants. There are many unique creatures found on earth which are known for their lifestyle. Ants are also included in these. 

Many unique things can be seen in ants. One habit of ants surprises everyone. You must have noticed that ants are always seen walking in a single line. There is a big reason behind this habit of ants. Today I am going to tell you why ants walk in a single line?

Ants are found everywhere in the world be it village, city or forest. Their speciality is that they live in a family. There are many species of ants found on earth. Queen ant, male ant and female ants always live together and form their own family. Male ants have wings whereas female ants do not have wings. Ants can be called social because they always move in a herd.

The most surprising thing is that ants have eyes only for show. Ants cannot see because they are blind. When ants go out in search of food, the queen walks in the front. The queen ant leaves a chemical on the way which is called pheromones. Smelling this odor, the rest of the ants also follow her in a line. This forms a line. This is the reason for ants walking in a line.

Ants are found everywhere in the world, but they are not found only in Antarctica. The most dangerous ants are found in the Amazon forests of Brazil. It is said that they sting very fast. After getting hurt by their sting, it feels like a bullet has hit the body.

Ants are among the longest living creatures. There are many such creatures in the world that live only for a few hours or a few days. Among ants, a special species of ants is found whose name is 'Pogonomymex ohi' which lives for 30 years.
