Take some time out for yourself : -  too In today's era it is necessary to strike a balance between professional and personal life. Take time out for yourself.  This is how you recharge yourself to do better.  Make time for things you love. If you are fond of reading, then read your favorite book.  There is nothing wrong in taking a break from work for a while.

Seek professional help: If you're experiencing mental health issues, it's important to reach out to a mental health professional.They can provide guidance, therapy, and potentially prescribe medication if necessary.

Practice self-care: Take care of your physical and emotional well-being by engaging in activities you enjoy. This can include exercise, getting enough sleep, eating nutritious foods, and finding time for hobbies and relaxation.

Build a support system: Surround yourself with supportive and understanding people who can provide a listening ear and offer assistance when needed. This can be friends, family members, or support groups.

Practice mindfulness and meditation: Engaging in mindfulness exercises and meditation can help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and promote relaxation.
