Success Story of Cadbury Chocolate

Cadbury is a chocolate company, which has been ruling people's hearts for decades. There was a child named John Cadbury, born in Birmingham, Brittain, about 217 years ago.

John Cadbury was associated with a religion that was not associated with the church or any type of religious institution. People of this religion did not like the presence of God and anyone between them. Because of their different beliefs, people of this religion are viewed from a different perspective in society, neither were they allowed to study in a good school, nor did they get any job. He was not even allowed to join the army.  So they had no other way of running expenses other than doing business.

So, after studying at his religion school, he started working in a coffee-shop for his pocket-money and then in 1824, he opened his own shop.

In some years of experience, he came to know that people liked his chocolate drink more than tea, coffee.  Subsequently, from 1831, everything dropped out and started focusing only on chocolate-drinks, which had increased in demand so people added about 16 more varieties of chocolate drinks to their menu.  Over the next 15 years, he became very famous in the surrounding areas for his specialty Cadbury chocolate drinks.

Later in 1847, John also joined his brother Benjamin in this business and then opened a very large factory in Bridge Street.

Cadbury has always been known for its special quality, so in 1854, Queen Victoria gave her company a certificate of Royal Warrant.  This certificate was given only to the products which had the best quality, and the products which were also used by the king and the king.

Gradually Cadbury became famous all over Britain due to its superior products.  Around 1860, Brother Benjamin decided to separate from John Cadbury due to business-related disturbances.  After this John gave the burden of caring for the company to his two sons Richard and George.

Richard and George also made many successful changes, and later moved to other countries in 1870, except Britain.  Meanwhile, on 11 May 1889, Cadbury founder John Cadbury passed away.  In the next ten years one of his sons Richard also died.

Only then was George Cadbury, who made a discovery that took the company to a new height. George invented Cadbury's famous dairy milk chocolate in 1905, which he had been researching since 1897. In 1948, exactly one year after independence, Cadbury also entered India and due to its good taste it became the people's choice.

Meaning to say that the most important thing for the success of any product is change over time.  Today, due to change over time, Cadbury chocolate has become so popular all over the world.
