George Washington's Story

America's first president, George Washington, once invited some guests to lunch. After the meal, George Washington was to attend a military commando meeting.

George Washington's servant knew that George Washington was punctual. The servant arranged for food. Upon making the meal, the servant reported the meal to George Washington.

It was already noon, but no guests had come yet.  So George Washington came to the dining room and asked the servant to pick up all the other plates. We will eat alone.

George Washington and his servants did not wait for the guests to arrive and began to dine. When George Washington and the servant finished half the meal, the guests arrived.

The meal was then served to the guests, but George Washington finished his meal and left at a certain time to attend the military commando's meeting.

Upon arriving at a commando meeting, George Washington finds that a fierce rebellion has begun in a part of America. Due to George Washington arriving on time, immediate orders were issued and the situation was handled considering all aspects.

In this way, it was possible to avoid a very large loss. After some time, when those guests came to know about it, the guests were very self-absorbed. Guests felt that terrible losses could be prevented from working at certain times.

All the guests went to President George Washington's house and apologized to George Washington for that mistake. President George Washington said that there is nothing like forgiveness, but those who have the attention of the progress of society and country in their lives, those people should strictly follow the time.

To say that we should follow the time and complete the work on time is said otherwise, if you waste time, time will waste you.
