1. Humanity and Compassion (Ren – Benevolence)

If a person cares for, respects, and helps their parents, they are moving towards becoming a good citizen.

A person who learns respect and responsibility in the family will also behave well in society.
3. Education and Self-Development
Confucius believed that learning is a lifelong process.
For example,
Suppose a person quits school at the age of 20 and thinks they know everything.
Another person continues to learn new things even at the age of 60.
According to Confucius, the second person is more intelligent.
He said:
"True knowledge lies in recognizing one's ignorance."
4. Right Conduct and Discipline (Li)
Confucius taught Li, which means courtesy, discipline, and respectful behavior.
For example,
respecting elders, keeping promises, speaking politely, and following social rules.
These are all examples of Li.
He believed that small good behaviors bring peace and order to society.
5. Be a Model Person (Junzi)
According to Confucius, the goal of life is not just to become rich, but to become a Junzi.
Junzi means:
"A person of excellent character."
For example,
One person is rich but lies.
Another person is ordinary but is honest, kind, and responsible.
According to Confucius, the other person is Junzi.
Because greatness is measured not by wealth, but by character.
