Why does the lake change color? : -

The most intriguing question is how does this lake change color? In the morning sunlight, its water appears deep blue. As the sun rises, the water color changes to turquoise blue and then a greenish-blue shade. In the afternoon, it appears light green or sky blue, while in the evening, its color appears golden, orange, and sometimes pink.

Actually, it all depends on the angle of sunlight, the clear water, the minerals present in the lake, and the reflection of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Scientists believe that minerals present in the water, especially sodium, play a key role in this color change.
