If a person:
Continues to work only → stress will increase.
Relaxes only → life will stagnate.

4. Everything is Impermanent (Impermanence)
One of the Buddha's most profound teachings was: "Everything is changing."
For example, seasons change, bodies change, relationships change, emotions change.
Suffering arises when we try to hold on to something forever.

"Accept change."
5. Develop Compassion and Friendship
The Buddha believed that true spirituality is manifested in compassion for others.

If someone treats you badly and you show understanding and compassion instead of hatred in return, you are following the Buddha's path.
He said:
"Hatred does not end with hatred, but with love."
