A Brave Step

That morning, Bayu came to the playground with his mother. In the park, there were many children playing on the swings and slides.

Bayu wanted to join in, but he felt a little shy because he didn't know anyone. Not far away, there was a child named Arka who was stacking colorful blocks.

Bayu took a deep breath. He remembered his mother's words, "If you want to have friends, try to greet them politely." Bayu walked over and smiled. "Hi, my name is Bayu. Can I play with you?" he said quietly but boldly.

Arka turned and smiled broadly. "Hi Bayu! Of course you can. I'm Arka," he replied happily. They played together. Soon, other children joined in. The playground was filled with laughter and stories.

Bayu felt very happy because now he had a new friend. In his heart, Bayu was proud of himself. It turned out that daring to greet and meet others made the day more enjoyable.

Moral of the story: Dare to greet and meet others politely can make us have many friends and have fun experiences.
