The Tale of Two Frogs

 




A long time ago there lived two frogs in a pond. The two frogs were very different from each other. One was very brave and the other was very timid. One frog looked up the sky that a hawk hovering above them. 

We are in danger, he said to the other frog. The hawk is going to eat us. The second frog looked at the hawk and smiled and said, "Don't worry," "I am not afraid." But we are outside the pond, said the first frog. "The hawk can easily swoop down and carry us away. 

"It is true that we are outside the pond, but i will not let my fear overpower me. I will enjoy the sunshine and the fresh air," said the second frog.

The hawk swooped down, but the second frog sat there smiling. The hawk landed next to the second frog, but the second frog did not move. 

Why are you not afraid of me? asked the hawk. "Because I am not afraid of anything," said the second frog.

"I know that everything happens for a reason, and I believe that whatever happens will be for the good ." The hawk was very pleased with the courage of the second frog and said, " You are a very brave frog, i cannot kill you." saying this, the hawk spread his wings and flew away. 

The first frog was surprised. "How did you do that?" He asked the second frog. The second frog said, "I just remember that I am more powerful than my fear. I control my fear, and I do not let fear dominate my life. 



Moral of the story : - 

  • Never let fear overpower you. Always face fear with courage and confidence.
  • Always believe in yourself and your abilities because you are stronger than your fear.
  • Whatever the situation, always maintain a positive attitude in life and believe that things can get better even in difficult situations. 
  • Always dream big and think big. Face any kind of challenge in your life with courage. If you have faith in yourself, you can easily get any goal in your life.
  • The main moral from the story is that with bravery and positive thinking, the frog not only saved itself from the hawk but also changed the thinking of the hunter, who eventually did not hunt the frog and let the frog go. 

This story highlights the importance of overcoming fear and remaining normal even in adverse circumstances.
