Once upon a time, a wealthy businessman was traveling on a business trip in his car. While traveling, his car suddenly sank into a deep muddy pit. He tried desperately, but the car wouldn't budge. There was no one around, no vehicle. The businessman stood helplessly, wondering what to do.
A while later, he saw a farmer in a field far away, working with his bull. The businessman called out, "Brother, please help me; my cart is stuck in this mud."
The farmer said, "Don't worry, sir! My bull Pyaare is very strong. He will pull your cart out."
The farmer brought his bull and tied it to the cart with a rope. Then he began to call out loudly, "Come on, brother, put in some effort!
Hey, Krishna, we're all in your power now!
Bhole, don't back down!
Pyaare, use all your strength!"
The farmer kept calling out different names, and in no time, the old bull pulled the cart out with all his might.
The merchant was overjoyed. He folded his hands and thanked the farmer and said, "Brother, I want to ask you something. Don't mind."
The farmer smiled and said, "Please ask, sir."
The merchant said, "You initially said your bull's name is Pyare, but you called him by many other names, such as Bandhu, Kanha, and Bhole. Why is that?"
The farmer laughed and said, "Sir, actually my Pyare is very old and blind. He can't see with his eyes. If I let him feel alone, he gets scared and weakens. That's why I call him as if several bulls are working together. When Pyare feels he's not alone, he puts in all his strength—and every difficult task becomes easy."
The merchant was lost in deep thought after listening to the farmer. He realized that this wasn't just a story about a bull, but a profound truth of life—"When a person realizes that he is not alone, his strength increases exponentially."
When we all work in a team, we have the confidence that our comrades are with us. This feeling gives us self-confidence. When everyone works with a sense of "we," even seemingly impossible tasks become easy.
That's why it's said— "When everyone is together, everyone achieves more."
In the true sense—
> Coming together is the beginning,
> Walking together is progress,
> And working together is success.
So why don't we recognize that this entire world is also a huge team—
"The team of the Creator of the Universe!"
where every creature, every human, every living thing—is part of the same grand plan.
There is strength in unity, and this is the true key to success.
