A high-profile NRL personality has been stood down pending a workplace investigation after footage emerged of him fighting outside a pub.
The announcement was made by representatives for Fox Sports and News Corp Australia on Sunday morning.
"Fox Sports presenter and News Corp Australia columnist Paul Kent has been stood down pending an immediate investigation," the one-sentence statement said.
In footage that has been widely circulated on X, Kent and another man are seen arguing while other patrons and security staff attempt to separate them.
The two men appear to call each other "dog", and one man can be heard in the recording saying, "It's not worth it, Kenty".
Paul Kent is then seen pushing away a man who is trying to stop him, before he walks away to another man, who is wearing a black shirt.
