Progress

Napoleon Bonaparte, the ruler of France, often roamed his kingdom, so that he can get accurate information about the real state of the state and subjects.

One day when Napoleon Bonaparte was walking around in plain clothes, he saw some workers trying to lift heavy pillars. But due to not working tactfully, they are able to pick them up with great difficulty.

Napoleon Bonaparte noticed that his engineer standing nearby was just instructing them, but teaching them no tricks to lift heavy poles.

Napoleon Bonaparte, seeing all this, asked the engineer, 'Why are you not helping these laborers? The engineer said to Napoleon Bonaparte, 'Do you know who I am?'

Napoleon Bonaparte replied, 'No, I am a stranger here. I do not know about you.' The engineer said in a rage to Napoleon Bonaparte, "I am the head engineer here."

Hearing this answer, Napoleon went to the laborers to help them without saying anything.  After some time when Napoleon started going, the engineer asked Napoleon Bonaparte, 'Who are you?'

Napoleon told the engineer, "Engineer sir, I am Napoleon Bonaparte." Hearing this, the engineer was embarrassed and apologized to Napoleon for his arrogant behavior.

This incident suggests that we should help the younger employees and workers while working with team spirit. They should be told about new, advanced and good technique of working. Only then will the progress be possible and we will be able to move forward.
