One day Shivaji went to his mother's room to meet his mother after doing official work.  Shivaji saw that Mataji was watching something with great attention from outside the room's window.

Shivaji asked, "What is Mataji looking at so seriously?" She said that your victory flag is unfurling on all the districts around, then why is Mughal supremacy only on this Kondana fort? I want to live here. Shivaji accepted the order. "

He immediately wrote a letter to his trusted army chief Tanaji. Goddess ordered that the Kondana fort be conquered now. Only you can do this work.

Tanaji was preparing for the marriage of his son. On getting Swami's letter, he told the wedding processors, "First to win the Kondana fort, then my child is married.

Immediately Tanaji set out with the army. Dali Goh fell three times to climb the fort, but Tanaji did not give up and climbed the fort.

Goh clung to the fourth time Tanaji climbed the fort. Towing down, he offered it to the army.  There was a fierce war. A handful of soldiers won the Kondana fortress considered Ajay with their indomitable courage. But Tanaji received Veeragati in it. Shivaji felt very sad as soon as he got the news.
